Live from AlpiÂŪïļ/WinsteelÂŪïļ ðŪðģ commissioning of AlpiÂŪïļLong-Line Mould (LLM) "STANDARD" double match-casting method to L&T Construction at MPSB job site (Palashbari Sualkuchi Bridges Project). 4-lane extradoses PSC Bridge over the River Brahmaputra connecting Palashbari and Sualkuchi including viaduct approaches and river draining work.
AlpiÂŪïļ/WinsteelÂŪïļ ðŪðģ is delivering state-of-the-art equipment for producing B/C-haunch and standard/typical single-cell segments with internal and external struts, as well as permanent and temporary blisters for the cable-stayed bridges.
Each AlpiÂŪïļ LLM casting cell/mould is fully integrated with advanced hydraulic systems, enabling fully automated casting of both straight and curved spans using the same equipment. The soffit and inner core formwork systems are designed for self-adjustment, accommodating tight curvature spans with precision.
