เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 7 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ทีมชุมชนสัมพันธ์ บริษัท ยูนิไทย ชิปยาร์ด แอนด์ เอนจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด ร่วมงานแถลงข่าวการจัดงาน
“มหกรรมสุขภาพนครแหลมฉบัง ครั้งที่ 8” โดยมีนายกฯ จินดา ถนอมรอด
นายกเทศมนตรีนครแหลมฉบัง เป็นประธานในงานฯ พร้อมด้วย คณะผู้บริหารสมาชิกสภาเทศบาล หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ตัวแทนจากสถานพยาบาล
หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และสื่อมวลชนเข้าร่วมงานอย่างพร้อมเพรียง ณ ห้องประชุมเมืองท่า เทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 20 -22 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ ศาลาประชาคมอ่าวอุดม อำเภอศรีราชา จ.ชลบุรี
ในการนี้ บริษัท ยูนิไทยชิปยาร์ดฯ ได้ร่วมกับท่าเรือแหลมฉบังและผู้ประกอบการท่าเทียบเรือและกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวเนื่องร่วมสนับสนุนบูธตรวจสุขภาพคัดกรองมะเร็งรังไข่และมะเร็งต่อมลูกหมากภายในงานด้วย การจัดงานภายใต้แนวคิด “ดูแลใจ ดูแลกาย ดูแลกัน”โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่เทศบาลนครแหลมฉบังหันมาใส่ใจสุขภาพมากขึ้น ป้องกันโรคและลดความสูญเสียด้านสุขภาพผ่านความร่วมมือแบบบูรณาการจากทุกภาคส่วน

ภายในงานมีการออกบูธตรวจสุขภาพฟรี จากสถานพยาบาลชั้นนำ
บริการให้คำปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพ ทั้งทางร่างกายและจิตใจโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
รวมทั้งกิจกรรมให้ความรู้และนิทรรศการเพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนทุกช่วงวัย

Unithai Shipyard Supports the 8th Laem Chabang City Health Fair Organized by the Laem Chabang City Municipality.

On Thursday, 7 May 2026, the Community Relations Team of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Ltd. (UTSE) participated in the press conference for the 8th Laem Chabang City Health Fair, organized by the Laem Chabang City Municipality.
The event was presided over by Ms. Jinda Thanomrod, Mayor of Laem Chabang City Municipality,
and attended by municipal executives, council members, heads of government agencies,

UTSE CSR Activity News in May 2026 included representatives from healthcare institutions, public and private sector organizations, and members of the media. The press conference was held at the Port City Meeting Room of the municipality.
The Health Fair is scheduled to take place during 20–22 May 2026 at the Ao Udom Community Hall in Si Racha District.

On this occasion, UTSE, together with the Laem Chabang Port and Terminal Operators and related businesses, will support a health screening booth for ovarian cancer and prostate cancer
screening during the event.

Held under the theme “Caring for Mind, Caring for Body, Caring for One Another,” the health fair aims to encourage residents of the municipality to pay greater attention to their health, promote
disease prevention, and reduce health-related losses through integrated collaboration among all
sectors.

TPC Thailand Community Townhall “Setting the Sail, Stewarding the Journey”

A Meaningful Milestone for TPC Thailand

TPC Thailand Office proudly hosted the first official TPC Thailand Community Townhall under the theme “Setting the Sail, Stewarding the Journey” marking another meaningful milestone for the
Thailand community as we continue building a shared direction together as One TPC. This special occasion was also the first official visit of our Chairman to the new TPC Thailand Office, as well as the first Townhall held within our new space. It was a great honor for the Thailand team to warmly welcome Chairman and the leadership team for this important gathering of connection, reflection, and shared purpose.

A Warm Thai Welcome

The day began with a warm Thai welcome, reflecting the spirit of hospitality and respect deeply rooted in Thai culture. Chairman Chavalit Frederick Tsao was welcomed with a traditional Thai
garland by Ms. Janjira Panitpon, Head, TPC Thailand Office.
Chairman and the leadership delegation led by Mr. Loh Niap Juan, Group Chief Corporate Officer, and Ms. Sherin Goh, Chief, People & Organization, and Executive Director, Octave Institute Singapore together with leaders from TPC Singapore Office and Octave Living, joined a blessing ceremony at the Brahma shrine in front of the Vanissa Building to bring auspiciousness, harmony, and positive energy to the organization and all colleagues.

Preparing Ourselves Through Stillness

In the afternoon, the Townhall atmosphere began in a warm and relaxed setting, where colleagues
gathered over classic Thai refreshments, including mango sticky rice and Thai milk tea, before the
session officially started.
The community then prepared for the Townhall through a moment of Stillness one of TPC’s 8 Living Habits allowing everyone to reset the mind, reconnect with themselves, and enter the session with greater presence and intentionality.

Chairman Townhall Session: Vision, Stewardship, and Well-being

During the Townhall, Chairman shared perspectives on TPC’s future direction and long-term vision including impact investing, business expansion in Thailand, logistics transformation, and the
importance of building a well-being economy that creates both positive impact and sustainable growth.

The session also highlighted key mindsets for navigating change and strengthening a network-based
organization through collaboration, alignment, stewardship, and entrepreneurial thinking. Alongside business direction, Chairman emphasized the importance of well-being, mindfulness, and the practice of TPC’s 8 Living Habits as the foundation for cultivating a stronger culture, community, and more
conscious way of living and working together.

Open Dialogue Through Community Q&A

The Townhall also included an interactive Q&A session, where employees across the Thailand community were invited to submit questions through an in-house digital platform. Questions were
then selected and AI-summarized for Chairman to answer live, creating an open and inclusive space for dialogue, curiosity, and shared learning across the organization.

Closing Celebration: “Thai Night”

The evening concluded with a warm and joyful closing celebration under the theme of “Thai Night.”
Chairman, leadership team, and colleagues spent time together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, enjoying Thai snacks, traditional Thai drinks, and karaoke together celebrating not only the successful Townhall, but also the growing spirit of connection and community across TPC Thailand.

Stewarding the Journey Together

As we continue this journey together, the Townhall served as a meaningful reminder that stewardship begins from within through presence, collaboration, and shared purpose as we collectively continue Setting the Sail, Stewarding the Journey toward the flourishing of life.

UTSE Participates in Aquatic Animals Releasing Activity to Support Coastal Ecosystem in Laem Chabang held by the Chonburi Local Fisheries Association

On Tuesday 21 April 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Community Relations Team of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Ltd. (UTSE) participated in Aquatic Animal Releasing Activity at Laem Chabang Beach, organized by the Chonburi Local Fisheries Association.
The event was led by Mr. Amornsak Panyacharoensri, President of the Chonburi Local Fisheries Association, together with Mr. Wara Thanomrod, Chairman of Baan Laem Chabang Community Committee, Ms. Sirima Keeratayakom, Deputy Director of Laem Chabang Port, as well as executives from private sector organizations including Thai Oil Public Company Limited and PTT Public Company Limited, the Director of the Marine and Coastal Resources Office Region 2, and local fishing groups.
The activity aimed to conserve and enhance marine resources through the release of more than 200,000 juvenile shrimp into the sea, helping to restore ecological balance and strengthen the marine food chain in the Laem Chabang area.

Unithai Shipyard Participates in Songkran Festival - Water-Pouring Ceremony to Elders and Preserve Thai Traditions in 11 Surrounding Communities at Laem Chabang and Laem Thong Communities, Chonburi

On Sunday 19 April 2026 and Wednesday 22 April 2026, the Community Relations Team of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Ltd. participated in the traditional water-pouring ceremony to pay respect and seek blessings from elders, and presented souvenirs to senior residents in the communities. The activities were held in celebration of the Songkran Festival and Wan Lai Day 2026 at Laem Chabang and Laem Thong communities.
The Company remains committed to continuously supporting and engaging in community activities in surrounding areas, with the aim of preserving cultural traditions and further strengthening the strong relationship between the Company and local communities.

On Friday, 10 April 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the Community Relations Team of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering
Ltd. (UTSE) participated in the Songkran Festival 2026, organized by the Laem Chabang City Municipality.
On this occasion, the company supported the event by providing a food booth to distribute snacks to elderly participants and attendees. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Sontaya Kunplome, Former Minister of Culture, who presided over the event, together with Ms. Phatchanan Phongphat, District Chief of Si Racha, Mrs. Jinda Thanomrod, Member of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization Council, municipal council members, executives, chairpersons from all 23 communities, and representatives from private sector organizations in the area.
The objective of the event was to raise public awareness of the importance of preserving Thai culture and
traditions, as well as to encourage children and youth to express respect, gratitude, and appreciation toward the elderly, and to continue the preservation of Thailand’s cultural heritage. UTSE remains committed to supporting collaborative initiatives with government agencies to enhance the capacity and well-being of vulnerable groups in the community, ensuring greater access to opportunities and improved quality of life in a sustainable manner.

TPC Songkran 2026: A Season of Life Renewal
TPC Thailand Office and Unithai Group brought together employees and management
to celebrate Songkran, the Thai New Year, at the Vanissa Building. The event was filled
with a warm, friendly atmosphere and the uplifting energy of new beginnings.

Life Renewal
The morning began with a traditional water blessing ceremony for good fortune, followed by Songkran greetings from Mr. Noppadol Mantajit (Chairman of the Board, United Thai Shipping Co., Ltd.), together with the management team from TPC Thailand Office and Unithai Group.
They shared their well wishes with all employees, marking the beginning of the Thai
New Year together in an atmosphere that was simple, warm, and meaningful.
This was followed by the traditional Rod Nam Dam Hua ceremony, a gesture of respect
and goodwill that brought people together.
These small yet meaningful moments offered everyone a chance to pause, reflect, and
renew their inner energy — reconnecting with colleagues while continuing to carry
forward Thai traditions in a way that feels alive and relevant today.
Beyond the traditional ceremonies, the event was filled with light-hearted activities that brought smiles to everyone. One of the highlights was the Din Sor Pong powder station, where employees enjoyed playfully dressing up in Songkran-themed looks — creating moments full of laughter and positive energy.
Adding a modern twist, a fun AI-powered experience — Songkran AI Generated Photo — allowed everyone to create their own Songkran-inspired portraits using AI. It became
a playful way to capture memories, blending creativity with the spirit of the festival.
The celebration concluded with a shared Thai meal, featuring favorites such as coconut ice cream, Pad Thai, and Khanom Jeen Nam Ya. This traditional dish, where noodles
and curry come together harmoniously, reflects the spirit of “one pot, one meal” — a way of sharing food in the past that symbolizes simplicity, togetherness, and connection.

Thainess, Reimagined
In addition to the activities and ceremonies, another highlight of the event was the
“Thainess-Reimagined” dress concept. Employees creatively interpreted Thai identity in

their own style — from traditional outfits and textiles to familiar patterns reimagined with
a modern touch.
It reflects TPC’s identity — valuing culture and the elements that shape who we are,
while embracing change and moving forward naturally.

Moving forward, with renewed energy
While the event is rooted in the Thai New Year tradition, what made this year special
was the opportunity to reflect and reset — preparing to move forward in both work and
life with greater balance.
This is another expression of “Life Renewal” in the TPC way — simple yet meaningful,
and a reminder that moving forward with well-being, both physically and mentally, is
what enables us to flourish.

ประเทศสิงคโปร์, United Thai Logistics (UTLC) และ United Thai Warehouse (UTWC) ได้เข้าร่วมงาน WCA Conference Y26 ณ ประเทศสิงคโปร์ ซึ่งจัดโดย World Cargo Alliance (WCA)หนึ่งในเครือข่ายผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก ครอบคลุมพันธมิตรในกว่า 190 ประเทศ

ในการเข้าร่วมครั้งนี้ นำโดย คุณจุฑานุช บูรณสินวัฒนกูล (Operation Manager) และ
คุณเพชรลัดดา แสงโสภา (BD Manager) ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมแบบ One-on-One
กับพันธมิตรจากทั่วโลก เพื่อสานต่อความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจ

United Thai Logistics Co., Ltd. (UTLC) and United Thai Warehouse Co., Ltd. (UTWC) recently engaged with international partners at the WCA Conference Y26 in Singapore, organised by the World Cargo Alliance (WCA) — one of the world’s largest networks of dependent freight forwarders, connecting logistics partners across more
than 190 countries.
Ms. Juthanuch Buranasinwattanakul (Operations Manager) and Ms. Phetladda Seangsopha (BD Manager) participated in a series of one-on-one meetings with global partners, reinforcing existing relationships and exploring opportunities for collaboration
across international logistics and supply chain.
These engagements provided a valuable platform to exchange perspectives on current logistics and supply chain developments, supporting ongoing alignment with partners and strengthening the team’s ability to respond to evolving customer needs.
