A reminder to customers that using the W-2 form is always better than using a last paycheck for your tax refund. There are several reasons.
1) You will get your federal refund using the last paycheck, but not the state tax refund.
2) If it is not the absolute last paycheck with accurate year to date amounts listed, there will be a long delay and perhaps no refund.
