At the invitation of the School of Law at Mahindra University in Hyderabad, DM Advisory Board Chairman Henning Glaser participated this past weekend as a speaker in two panel sessions at the “International Arbitration Confluence 2026: Law, Technology, and the Changing World Order,” jointly hosted by Mahindra University, the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation – Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM-APCAM) and Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur.

The conference brought together incumbent and former judges of the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, alongside scholars, lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, and business representatives from India, Germany, Malaysia, Türkiye beyond for a wide-ranging and multi-perspective exchange on current developments and emerging challenges in international arbitration and dispute resolution.

Henning Glaser contributed to discussions on “Emerging Trends in ADR,” as well as on “Justice Delivery,” in the context of a rapidly changing technological and geopolitical environment.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the organizers for the kind invitation and unique hospitality at this important forum and look forward to continuing the exchange and cooperation.

Now available: Dynamic Minds Advisory Board Chairman Henning Glaser’s chapter on Thailand in this year’s edition of L’Asie du Sud-Est: Bilan, enjeux et perspectives (Southeast Asia: Assessment, Challenges and Perspectives), the annual French-language volume published by the Institut de recherche sur l’Asie du Sud-Est contemporaine (Institut Irasec).

Entitled “Thaïlande - Un malaise structurel faute de réformes” (“Thailand - A structural malaise due to a lack of reforms”), the chapter offers a concise and analytically grounded review of the key political, foreign policy, economic and societal events and developments shaping Thailand in 2025.
