IMMEDIATE JOB VACANCY: Training Content & Creative Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Angeles City/Clark, Philippines (Hybrid setup)
🕒 Hours: 40 hours/week | 🚀 Start: Immediate
💰 Pay: ₱32,000–₱40,000/month
🧾 Engagement: Sub-contractor basis (long-term role)
This role sits at the centre of our training delivery and marketing output. You will help build training materials, client decks, and high-quality content that supports growth. We are looking for someone who takes pride in standards and thrives working quickly.
To begin, we expect regular in-person working sessions to align on expectations, workflows, and quality standards. After onboarding, the role will be 70–80% remote, with periodic in-person sessions. Occasional travel may be required to support training events.
- The types of tasks you will help us with:
- Curriculum & training materials
- Visual content production
- Writing business content, publishing, and SEO support
- Social media strategy and deployment
- General VA and ad-hoc tasks
Essential requirements:
- Based near Angeles City and available for a hybrid arrangement
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Marketing Management preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, business development, or training support)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to produce polished materials without heavy supervision
- Experience with Adobe/Photoshop/Canva
- Video editing
