🎡✨ EAT • PLAY • LIFE — The Way We Eat, Play & Live ✨🎡

Begray was commissioned to design “Parkside Market” for Central Pattana PCL, a lively F&B space of over 4,000 sq.m., and the largest F&B project we’ve ever created. The goal: to celebrate locality, joy, and everyday life.

Inspired by the site next to Lumphini Park — Thailand’s first public park founded by King Rama VI, our design captures the festive yet timeless spirit of community gatherings where people came to eat, play, and share moments together.

We also drew from the charm of Bangkok’s modern era, when shophouses, old cinemas, and street life reflected both elegance and energy. These stories shaped our concept — EAT • PLAY • LIFE, a reinterpretation of the fairground culture for today’s urban lifestyle.

🎡Design Highlights

• Main Gate: Inspired by the “Soi Dao” game — arches, lanterns, and floor patterns welcome visitors with movement and light.

• Ticket Booth: A nod to the fair’s ticket counters, reimagined as the Food Park Card point.

• Food Stall & Cinema Court: A playful blend of dining and entertainment, with a mini cinema surrounded by eateries.

• Play & Game Zone: Retro fair games like balloon toss and can-throw transformed into modern decorative elements.

• Balcony Terrace: A park-inspired semi-outdoor space with rattan chairs and fabric canopies — perfect for chatting and relaxing under the trees.

EAT • PLAY • LIFE celebrates the mix of Thai modernity and nostalgic charm, where every element — from façade to lighting and furniture — tells the story of people coming together to live, laugh, and share.

✨ Luka Courtyard Ekamai – Phase 2 ✨

After the success of Phase 1 in 2023, Begray continues our collaboration with the Luka team — bringing the concept of “Quiet Opulence” to life: contemporary calm, refined proportion, and subtle richness to the showhouse of the project.

🎨 Design Direction: “Quiet Opulence”

“The art of being quietly luxurious — refined without being loud.”

> Palette: Muted neutrals and warm tones — beige, taupe, greige, brushed bronze, smoky oak, matte marble, and linen white — creating a serene yet weighty atmosphere.

> Materiality: Silk wallcoverings, brushed brass, matte stone, soft linen, and boucle — surfaces that feel tactile and timeless under warm, diffused lighting.

Each home balances privacy and connection through 3 zones:
1️⃣ Ground floor: welcoming yet private.
2️⃣ 2 – 2M: the heart of living — dining, kitchen, pool, garden.
3️⃣ 3 – 4: private retreats, culminating in a penthouse-like master suite.

We’re proud to share another exciting Begray’s hospitality project — NH Collection Samui Peace Resort, beautifully set along the tranquil beachfront of Bophut, Koh Samui.

This project marks an exciting milestone as it is the first-ever NH Collection hotel in Thailand — a European-born brand under the global portfolio of Minor Hotels, headquartered in Thailand.
It’s a great pride for both the hotel owner and Begray to take part in debuting this prestigious brand on Thai shores.

Formerly known as Peace Resort Samui, this iconic beachfront property has been reimagined into a contemporary tropical retreat that blends NH Collection’s European sophistication with Samui’s laid-back charm.

Begray was entrusted with the Architecture, Interior Design, and Prop Styling, working closely with both the hotel owner and Minor Group to bring this transformation to life.

🏡✨ New Beginning with Phetpailins 2015 — Grand Canal Songkla ✨🏡

We’re excited to share our very first collaboration with Phetpailins 2015, a new visionary developer from the South of Thailand.

Begray has been entrusted to design the Architecture, Interior, and Prop Styling for Grand Canal Hatyai — a limited collection of only 60 three-storey private residences.

Each home embraces a modern-warm aesthetic, blending calm simplicity with refined details. Soft tones, natural textures, and light-filled spaces create a serene living atmosphere — designed for those who appreciate understated luxury.

We’re truly grateful for the trust from Phetpailins 2015 in bringing this beautiful new chapter to life in Songkla. 💫

🍝✨ From Dust till DONE – Nonna & Son Pattaya ✨🍝

Before these elegant curves, grand twin staircases, and glowing chandeliers came to life… there was dust, scaffolding, and a race against time.

Located at Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya, Nonna & Son spans 1,800 sqm — Begray’s second largest F&B project after the 4,000-sqm food court at Dusit Central Park.

Looking back, the journey wasn’t easy.

🎨 A super-detailed interior design that required precision at every corner.

👷‍♂️ And all teams determined to make every detail just right.

Begray proudly continues our collaboration with Noble Development PCL, bringing to life the interior and prop styling for this new-generation urban residence & commercial use.

Designed under the concept “Live – Work – Commerce,” the space embraces modern minimalism with natural warmth — blending calm materials, soft lighting, and refined textures that support both creativity and comfort.

Begray proudly designed the interior and prop styling for this exclusive 3-storey pool villa residence, just minutes from MRT Suttisarn.

A hidden sanctuary in the heart of Bangkok — featuring 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 parking spaces, and a private pool, priced at 59 MB.

The design concept reflects a calm, modern luxury through curated textures, balanced tones, and bespoke details — a true expression of contemporary city living.

• Home Office — Glass-enclosed corner surrounded by greenery, marble counter, and brass accents for calm sophistication.

• Dining Area — Warm wood cabinetry, marble tabletop, and sculptural lighting evoke intimate elegance.

• Master Bedroom — Neutral palette, layered textures, and brass pendant lights create serene comfort.
