Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday

🕔 17:00: Meeting and check-in at the main Seatran ferry in Tong Sala.

🌟 Border Run: Tips for a Comfortable Journey:

On the Road:

✔️ Make sure to bring:

▪️A warm sweater and socks – the temperature in the minibus might be uncomfortable for you.
▪️Powerbank, as not all minibuses have charging facilities.
▪️Passport – it happens that passengers forget their passports. In such a case, we won't be able to assist.
▪️Motion sickness pills – available in every 7/11 and can be useful on the ferry and in the minibus.

At the Border:

🛂 Note:

▪️It's better not to argue with the border officer. They know their job.
▪️If something is not right, contact our staff for assistance, specially accompanying you on the trip.

🍲 Food:

▪️Take snacks/food for the journey if you wish.
▪️Rely on us – we provide traditional Thai dishes.
▪️Stops with shopping opportunities on the way and back to the ferry.
▪️There are small shops on the ferry where you can find everything you need.

Taking these factors into account will make your journey incredibly convenient!

📅 On November 28, the implementation of a new receipt printing feature was announced.

👉 What's new:
• Easily print receipts in PDF format.
• Enhanced registration process for greater user comfort.

🔄 How it works:
• The new receipt printing feature ensures ease of compliance with the law and avoids unwanted fines.

📝 Law and consequences:
• According to Article 38 of the Immigration Act, notification of foreigners' stay is mandatory within 24 hours.
• Penalties for violating the law: up to 2,000 baht for individuals and 2,000-10,000 baht for hotel managers.

Samui to Satun (Malaysia) Border Run 🗓 Trip Days: Every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday

🚗 How It Works:

🕞 03:30 AM: Kickoff! The minivan picks you up from the main road in your island area.

🕟 04:30 AM: Pier Arrival. The minivan arrives with all passengers at Seatran Pier (you can also come to the pier yourself if you let us know in advance). 🕔 05:00 AM: Departure. You comfortably board the ferry, sailing to Donsak Pier (Surat Thani).

🕖 07:00 AM: Arrival. The ferry docks at Donsak Pier, and you reboard the minivan for the journey to the Malaysian border (Satun).

🕦 11:30 AM: Border Crossing. You reach the Malaysian border in Satun, cross it, and get new departure and arrival stamps.

🕐 01:00 PM: Return. You head back to Donsak Pier on the minivan.

🕖 07:00 PM: Departure to Samui. You arrive at Raja Ferry Pier in Donsak and take the ferry to Samui.

🕘 09:00 PM*: Arrival in Samui

🕤 09:20 PM: Minivan drops you off at the main road in your area.

*Note: Occasionally, unforeseen issues during the trip may cause a delay on the last ferry in Donsak. In that case, you'll arrive in Samui the next morning and spend the night in Donsak. The hotel stay is not included in the border run cost. This issue happens in 1 out of 300 trips.
