The world notices the work you think no one sees.

I never started this journey expecting recognition. I just wanted to make global business possible for more people, to help them work remotely and access the tools they need.

But last night, something unexpected happened. They honored that work at the Remote Life event, and it reminded me that the quiet work you do often ends up speaking the loudest.

So as we head into the weekend, here’s a takeaway for you: keep building, keep impacting, and keep going. You never know who’s watching or who might celebrate your work when you least expect it.

I don’t remember anyone teaching us how to make money that isn’t tied to a boss.

We were taught how to apply. How to follow rules. How to wait.

But no one said you could build something of your own something that pays you because you created value, not because someone approved your résumé.

I had to unlearn a lot.
