Win Sim leads Verra's engagement across the Asia-Pacific region, working closely with governments and regional stakeholders to advance high-integrity voluntary carbon markets and promote the adoption of Verra standards. His work focuses on strengthening public-private collaboration, supporting policy dialogue, and providing technical assistance to governments — including VCM capacity building, registry interoperability, and the operationalisation of Article 6.2 under the Paris Agreement.
