Faking and cheating customers without any responsibility !?
Since over two years we recognized that our (ex-) internet provider supports us with a continuously interrupting signal, which caused us additional work time over 5 hours per day, and additional useless staff costs because working was impossible.
Yes sitting 5 hour by day in front of the internet Computer only waiting that the signal founds a stable point to connect to our servers again.
First we believed the crazy arguments of the customer service that it must be a malfunction device in our house, or the connection at our house is damaged.
But this was only a time making wrong information !
After getting annoyed by always the same stupid wrong information from the customer support, we startet network sniffers and trace routing tools.
The very interesting result was that the gateways of true, far away from the offices of MABOO were showing this malfunctions and interrupts.
Mentioning this to the customer support, immediately their argumentation changed to another very interesting lie.
They tried to tell us the fairy tale of the bad government gateway which causes this interrupts because they are checking us what we do ... 5555555555.
Clearly every government has to do security, but why they do it only in the true online network !? Because after changing the provider all signals stay stable ... Strange isn't it !?
After a long shut down of the signal from true online in Feb 2018/2561, they speak for improvement and repair the malfunctions, we cancelled the TRUE Online contract and changed to a reliable provider because it was another lie, nothing changed with the signal !!!!!!
I one funny support call we offered (ironical) our help to find out the malfunction reason. The annoyed support technician agreed seriously to this !!
We sent a small mini invoice for the work of change to another provider and annoying stupid talks to the customer support about an amount of 3500 THB + VAT in march 2018/2561, which is NOT paid until now.
By the way for anybody who got's although a damage about 100 of thousands THB.
True Online offers us after many angry shoutings to pay the damage Invoice of 3500 THB + VAT (really not the real damage) but they don't do ...
BUT THEY AGREED TO PAY ONLY TO US and NOT to the thousands of other True Online Internet users in Thailand !!! Incredible and scandalous the behavior of this company, it is reminiscent of a corruption attempt or?
The damage invoice has already an overtime delay of 92 days and the daily delay fee is increasing this amount.
We have this Information recorded and by mail, like any fake information of True Online Internet !!
In our company we like to work correctly and for the community Thailand, to help poor people to increase their income to get a better life and to fight against the corruption.
This we can not speak about True Online Internet, they acting extremely selfish, cheating poor customers in a criminal way and damaging in a big style the economy of this country.
Please think if you want to support such criminal behavior or better choose fair trading companies.
As we mentioned already, the complete stories, phone calls and mails are recorded and stored at many secure servers to prevent other criminal attempt or attacks against us.
At this time we send a daily reminder, but do you think really that they will show seriously responsible behaviour !?
