Be aware that a thief is operating in the building. Items were stolen from a vehicle on B1 on the evening of 31/10/2025. The culprit was clearly captured on cctv and was observed interfering with other motorbikes at the same time. He is known to building management and has been responsible for damage to property including the elevator in the recent past. Why the police haven't been involved is a concern as this person is a known drug user. The advice is to check your vehicle and if anything is missing or damaged pm this page. If building management won't take this seriously and involve the police then I will, before something more serious happens and someone gets hurt.
Probably a good idea to ensure your vehicle and room door is locked too.

On 27th April 2025 (2568), the fire fighting equipment official record cards on Floors 14 and 15 showed that the last inspection was carried out on 11th January 2025 (68) - prior to this it had been recorded as being inspected every month of the year.
Yesterday, the 15th June 2025(68) the same equipment on the same floors is shown as having been inspected every single month of this current year.
Curiously the inspection in January is now shown to have been made on the 1st January 2025 - a bank holiday.

The lives of the residents could depend on this equipment.
