Mindset is what stops most people from getting to the next level in life, especially in business.

Without a solid strategy that helps you generate leads on autopilot, you are likely not even close to your goals. And it becomes obvious when some people never reach those goals. At that point, all you have is a dream and a plan with no progression & a website that’s not converting.

It’s not hard coming to this realization and taking constructive criticism, but it’s real and it’s the truth.

I’ve been a coach for almost 16 years before I retired from working hands on with small business owners who usually don’t earn more than four to ten thousand a month in profit, and there’s been a very clear pattern.

Experienced business owners who have actually set their businesses up the correct way and have scaled, organized operations, and at least some structure are always open to hearing my suggestions. They value and appreciate my feedback. They either book a consulting call or they go through my business building program or my coaching program and they come out making not only the money they normally would, but even more than that.

Then I have experienced business owners who think they are experienced just because they have a website or because they make some money which honestly is not even a lot. I speak to people who say, “Yeah, I know what I am doing, everything looks good,” and I am looking like no, something is not right, which is exactly why you are failing and not making consistent money.

I have realized that people who do not make money are often the hardest to coach. Not only are many of them not coachable, but they remain stagnant because they are attached to the few sales they have made. They cannot get further because they do not have the help, the knowledge, the tools, systems, strategies, or solutions.

And that is really what it all falls down to. In order to receive money because money is energy you have to stop thinking you know it all. You have to listen to someone who has done this for a long time.

I promise you when you open your mind and become open to learning everything will change. But it is important to note this: there will be no progress if you keep doing the same things. You will keep getting the same results.

Before I decided to make Cape Town my second home, my plan was to settle down in Thailand. And even though life shifted and certain situations made me realize Asia isn’t where I want to live long-term, I will forever be grateful for the people I’ve crossed paths with here.

The kindness I’ve received from most people has been unmatched. I truly wish I felt this way living in America. Thai people are always willing to share their food, even when they don’t have much. I’ve had so many beautiful moments with Thai people — we’ve shared life stories, food, and even rap playlists.

I helped build one of the local weed-based shops, and the experience has been amazing. Connecting with other businesses, learning about cannabis, and discovering how it’s used in rituals and spiritual practices has opened my eyes in ways I never expected. Even though ma*****na isn’t something I use regularly, I absolutely advocate for it.

Protect the farmers by any means necessary, so many people rely on cannabis for far more than recreational use.

This has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life. I’ve lived a completely different life here, one filled with compassion, patience, and a deep mutual respect for people’s cultures. Thank you all for treating me like family. I’m grateful for every positive interaction. 🙏🏽✨🤞🏾❤️
