Office Manager’s responsibilities include:
• Handling all financial matters for the Company including preparing the accounts of the Company; preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and financial statements; managing the cost and expenses of the Company; preparing and presenting timely and accurate financial and management reports to the directors of the Company, etc;
• Handling all taxation matters and import and export duties;
• Handling all human resource matters for the Company including payment of salaries, application for visas, etc; and
• Overseeing the procurement of stock, and monitoring stock level.
Job brief
We are looking for an Office Manager, who will be responsible for handling all financial matters for the Company. One key responsibility is to oversee cost control in the acquisition and use of raw materials in production of goods. You will report directly to the Managing Director of the Company.
For this role, you should have good technical skills in finance and human resource matters, and have solid analytical skills to make sure you are able to identify where the Company is incurring unnecessary expenditure and be able to recommend ways to minimise wastage.
Requirements
• Relevant degree in accounting from a renowned university in Thailand. Having proven work experience as an Office Manager or a similar role would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of process for application of visas for foreign employees
• Have a driving license and own transportation
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Able to handle and deal with staff matters with an even hand
