📣 Apply to the 3rd edition of the Mediterranean Youth Academy
📅 6th - 9th of November in Barcelona, Spain.

Applicants are eligible if they are:

📍 Young people between 18 and 29 years old
📍 Nationals of one of the Union of the Mediterranean – UfM Member States
📍 Interested in learning more about the challenges experienced in the Mediterranean region and promoting youth-led initiatives for a positive impact in their local communities.

➡ Le Sommet d'été Moyen-Orient Méditerranée (USI MEM) vous offre l’opportunité de participer à sa 6e édition du 17 au 26 août 2023, à 🇨🇭. Ce sommet vise à développer de nouvelles approches, des récits différents, ainsi que de nouveaux projets qui transcendent les frontières physiques et culturelles entre les communautés de toutes les rives de la région méditerranéenne/Moyen-Orient et au-delà avec la contribution active des jeunes participants, appelés . Organisé par l’Université de la Suisse italienne USI Università della Svizzera italiana (Official Page) avec le soutien du Département fédéral des affaires étrangères de la Confédération suisse, le MEM permet :
✔ d’offrir un espace sûr pour le dialogue entre les jeunes acteurs du changement de la région méditerranéenne du Moyen-Orient et de l'Europe, où ils peuvent définir une vision de l'avenir commun de la région, en partant du présent.
✔ de créer un terrain d'entente et d'échange intergénérationnel entre les jeunes et les décideurs, les institutions publiques et privées, les organisations à but non lucratif, les entreprises sociales.
✔ d'élaborer de nouvelles approches pour s'attaquer aux problèmes critiques persistants.
✔ d'initier une collaboration et de créer des réseaux entre plusieurs acteurs de la région.

تبحث اللجنة الألمانية لليونسكو عن نساء متفانيات من الأردن ومصر ولبنان والمغرب وتونس للعمل كمساعدات في المؤسسات الثقافية والتعليمية ومواقع اليونسكو في ألمانيا، وهي فرصة لاكتساب خبرات مهنية في المؤسسات الثقافية والتعليمية.

ستحصل المشاركات على راتب شهري قدره 812 يورو، كما سيتم تغطية تكاليف السفر والتأمين.

سيعقد البرنامج من 2 سبتمبر حتى 30 نوفمبر 2023، ويتطلب على الأقل مستوى (B1) في اللغة الألمانية.

The German Commission for UNESCO is looking for young, dedicated women from Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, and Tunisia to assist in cultural and educational institutions and UNESCO sites in Germany, which is an opportunity to gain professional experiences in cultural and educational institutions.

Participants will get a monthly stipend of 812 €. Travel costs and insurance will be covered.

The program will take place from September 2nd until November 30th, 2023, and requires at least a good level of German (B1).

تهدف المنح المقدمة لفعاليات "ع الأرض" إلى إتاحة الفنون بشكل مباشر وسهل ومجاني للمجتمعات التي ليست لديها فرصة الحصول على المشاركة في الأنشطة الفنية والثقافية، وبذلك تمثل خطوة أولى على طريق وعي هذه المجتمعات بحقوقها الثقافية وحماية هذه الحقوق. يقدم البرنامج منحاً تتراوح بين 3000 و5000 يورو، ونشجع المنظمين على الحصول على دعم اضافي من أطراف أخرى.

يقوم منظمو كل فعالية بتحديد محتويات البرنامج بحيث تناسب جمهوراً متنوعاً، مع استشارة العمل للأمل والحصول على موافقتها على البرنامج. يمكن أن يتضمن البرنامج على سبيل المثال بعض الأنشطة التالية: عرض مسرحي، حفل موسيقي، معرض للفنون التشكيلية، أنشطة تفاعلية للأطفال مثل تعليم الرسم أو غيره، قراءات شعرية، عرض لفيلم سينمائي.

The grants for “On the ground” activities aim to make arts directly accessible, easy and free of charge to communities that do not have the opportunity to participate in artistic and cultural activities, thus representing a first step on the path of these communities’ awareness of their cultural rights and the protection of these rights. The program offers grants ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 euros, organizers are encouraged to seek additional support from third parties.

The organizers of each event select the contents of the program to suit a diverse audience, while consulting Action for Hope and obtaining its approval for the program. The program may include, for example, some of the following activities: a theatrical performance, a concert, arts exhibition, interactive activities for children such as drawing or other activities, poetry readings, and a movie screening.
