E-ticaret liderliğinde kadınları güçlendirmek, yenilik ve iş başarısını artırmak için çok önemlidir. Liderlik pozisyonlarındaki engelleri aşmak, mentorluk programları ve yükselmekte olan kadın liderleri geliştirmek için tasarlanmış sağlam eğitim girişimleri gibi hedeflenmiş çabalar gerektirir. Bu programlar, kadınların rollerinde başarılı olmalarını sağlayan temel becerileri ve güveni inşa etmeye yardımcı olur. Ecommerce4women proje ortaklari ile TPM Urla toplantisinda bir araya geldik. Projenin ileri asamalari hakkinda yeni kararlar alindi. Firmamiz tarafindan olusturulan Websitesinin icerigi, mufradati ve E-learning platformu icin moduller belirlendi. Literature incelemesi, anket degerlendirme raporu ve 6 modul basliklari belirlendi.

Art therapy is a form of experiential therapy, an approach to recovery that addresses emotional and spiritual needs through creative or physical activity. It is not necessary to have a background in the arts or artistic talent to participate; individuals only need to be open to the experience and to engage actively to benefit from these sessions. Many clients find that art therapy is a relaxing and enjoyable way to address some of the more complex aspects of rehab. Creative activity provides a way to process some of the stressful emotions and anxieties that can emerge during treatment. After rehab, activities like painting or drawing, can be used throughout the individual’s life as a way to express feelings, explore creativity, and reduce stress.

The national online meeting of VR4Gifted project was held under the coordination of Çanakkale 18 March University with the participation of Nara Education Technologies and APEC Education Consultancy, one of the national partners of the project.

The effects of Covid 19 pandemic on VR4Gifted project process were discussed in this national online meeting. Necessary updates were made in order to sustain the project successfully, and the project road map was renewed. VR EXPERİENCE +
