Adramytteion Araştırmaları Community Page of Adramytteion (ÖREN) Archaeological Excavations Thus, in 2012, a durable predicted project has started under our supervision.

Since the generous references as a political and commercial center of the Adramyttenos Sinus, (Adramytteion Gulf) in antiquity, the archaeological data’s from the harbor city Adramytteion itself had kept its silence due to the lack of sufficient field researches. The need for covering this gap in the historical knowledge of the region had been the primary intent for us in acceding to the “Adramytt

eion Excavation & Conservation Projects”. This is the official page of the actual projects designed in order to announce the scientific outcomes and also to create the necessary conscience for realizing the cultural heritage planning, dealing with the living town of Ören (Burhaniye) with its archaeological potentials.

Geçmişin İzinde Geleceğin Peşinde Kültür ve Sanat Rotası: Adramytteion

Burhaniye Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi tarafından hazırlanan ve Ören-Adramytteion Derneği’nin paydaşı olduğu TÜBİTAK 4004 Doğa Eğitimi ve Bilim Okulları kapsamında 16 - 23 Ağustos 2020 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirmeyi planladığımız bu projemiz, Adramytteion Antik Kenti’nde tarih, kültür ve sanat yolculuğunu gerçekleştirecektir. 25 öğretmen; tiyatro, seramik, mozaik, yemek kültürü, dans, bitkisel merhem yapımı gibi dönemsel özellikleri fark edecekleri atölyeler yanında arkeolojik kazı çalışması, antik ağaç incelemesi, restorasyon ve konservasyon, sanat tarihi, gezi-gözlem, drama atölyeleri ile ülkemizin kıymetli bir kültür ve sanat rotası olan Adramytteion’u yaşayacaktır.
