CONDITIONS :
*GREEK COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY LIABILITY ENDORSEMENT:
It's hereby understood and agreed that Third Party Liability coverage herein is extended to include Mandatory Liability coverage in accordance with Greek Law Ν.4926/2022 (ΦΕΚ Α’ 82 /20-04-2022). in the following limits:
- Injury/Death : EUR 700.000 (any one accident or occurence and in the annual aggregate) : EUR 150.000 (per person limit)
all period incurance EUR 2.100.000
- Material Damage to any other Third Parties for Collision and FFO : EUR 150.000 (any one accident or occurence and in the annual aggregate)
all period incurance EUR 450.000
- Sea Pollution : EUR 150.000 (any one accident or occurence and in the annual aggregate)
all period incurance EUR 450.000
