Job Purpose:
organizing and implementing the administration processes related to registering students, following up on their study schedules with parents, and coordinating with lead teachers their classes and teaching calendars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Head of the Robotics Teaching Department to prepare the schedules of the monthly orientation and trial sessions and inform the parents.
- Post advertisements for orientation and trial sessions on the institute's social networking sites.
- Create WhatsApp groups for orientation and trial sessions, teaching sessions,
- Follow up on teachers’ responses to parents’ inquiries and requests, and update the head of the Robotics Teaching Department and the Director of the Institute on the event of any matter affecting the institute’s reputation and parents’ satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the head of the Department of Robotics Teaching regarding student class schedules, dates for semester and annual studies, attendance and absence, compensatory and supplementary sessions, robotics competitions for the institute, and ensuring that relevant information reaches parents in a timely manner.
- Ensure the availability of robotics classroom readiness checklists before each teaching session, ensure the readiness of classrooms and teaching tools, and inform primary teachers in the event of any shortage at least an hour before the teaching session.
- Ensure the readiness checklists of robotics classrooms after implementing the teaching sessions, ensuring the readiness of the classrooms and teaching tools, and informing the head of the robotics department in case of any shortage.
- Provide detailed explanation according to the administrative coordinator's guide for parents regarding the company, the Nirobo methodology and the method of implementing robotics teaching sessions and persuading them to register their children.
- Assist lead teachers in implementing robotics teaching sessions.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Submit improvement proposals for the services provided by the Institute and the best ways to implement them, and discuss the proposals with the Head of the Robotics Teaching Department and the Director of the Institute.
