Arkki Uzun Dönem Atölyeleri Güz Dönemimiz Başladı 💚
Her hafta Kuzguncuk İskelesi’nde keşif, oyun ve üretim sizleri bekliyor. Finlandiya kökenli Arkki uzun dönem atölyelerini tamamlayan öğrencilerimiz uluslarası mimarlık ve tasarım atölyeleri sertifikası ve Finlandiya tarafından geliştirilen Yaratıcılık Gözlem Haritalarını da ediniyor. Kayıtlarımız devam etmekte olup haftalık veya aylık katılım mevcuttur. 💫💫💫

Where nature and the built environment become one. 🌿 In landscape architecture, buildings, pathways, water, plants, and landforms are designed as one living whole. Pupils explore how architecture can grow from its surroundings—creating places where people and nature can thrive together.

What would your ideal city look like? 🏙️🌿
A place where children can play freely, nature is close by, neighbors connect and getting around is easy?

Urban planning shapes where we live, meet, walk, learn and travel. Pupils imagine and design child-friendly neighborhoods and cities, exploring stmosphere, housing, public spaces, nature and communities.

What would you include in your ideal city? 💚

What happens when you draw upside down? 🙃✏️Turning an image upside down challenges the brain to look differently. Instead of quickly recognizing familiar objects, we pay more attention to lines, angles, shapes, proportions and relationships.

As American art educator and researcher Betty Edwards observed:
“Upside down, we didn’t know what we were drawing.”

Playful change in perspective encourage pupils to slow down, observe more carefully and question what they think they see.

Sometimes, seeing differently is the first step toward thinking differently. ✨

A café among the treetops? 🌳✨ Treehouses have long captured our imagination. In 19th-century France, guinguettes and other leisure venues sometimes created platforms and dining spaces among the branches — places to gather, relax and see the surroundings from a new perspective.

Treehouse project invite pupils to explore the same fascinating relationship between architecture and nature. How can we build around a living tree? How does height change our experience of space? And how can architecture become part of the landscape rather than simply occupy it?

A treehouse may be small, but it opens up a whole world of architectural thinking. 🌿

What if the houses of tomorrow turn everything we know upside down? 🏠✨
Design begins with seeing the world in different ways. An upside-down house challenges what feels familiar and invites us to ask: Why does a house have to be the way we expect it to be?

When children experiment with unexpected ideas, they learn to question assumptions, imagine alternatives, and create new possibilities for the future.

Sometimes a new perspective is all it takes to turn an ordinary idea into something extraordinary. 💚

Organic shapes invite us to move differently, explore more freely, and experience space with curiosity. Wavy walls guide the way, soften our surroundings, and remind us that architecture can grow from the same flowing forms we find in nature.

By experimenting with curves instead of corners, young designers discover how shape influences movement, atmosphere, and the way we feel in a space.
