انطلاق فعاليات برنامج (كور برو - الصحافة والإعلام الرقمي)، البرنامج المصمم لتأهيل الشباب بالمهارات العملية التي يحتاجها سوق العمل في مجال الإعلام الحديث، وتعزيز قدرتهم على صناعة المحتوى، وإدارة غرف الأخبار الرقمية، والإنتاج التلفزيوني والصوتي.

وكانت محاور الجلسات التدريبية:

صحافة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وتكييف المحتوى وفهم الأدوار الحديثة في غرف الأخبار.

بناء المصداقية المهنية وفهم هيكلة غرف الأخبار الرقمية وإدارة التخطيط وسير العمل.

الإدارة العملية لغرفة الأخبار واتخاذ القرارات التحريرية وتطبيق آليات ضبط الجودة.

الإنتاج الصوتي المتكامل للبودكاست من الكتابة والتسجيل والمونتاج حتى النشر.

تطوير أفكار البودكاست وبناء الحضور المهني والثقة ولغة الجسد أمام الكاميرا والميكروفون.

قدّمت الجلسات المدربة إسراء المدلل، صحفية ومنتجة إعلامية فلسطينية بخبرة واسعة في الصحافة والإنتاج التلفزيوني والإعلام الرقمي. تعمل في إنتاج الأخبار والمحتوى الرقمي والتلفزيوني، وتحمل بكالوريوس في الصحافة والإعلام، وتمتلك خبرة متعمقة في التقديم، وإنتاج المحتوى، ورواية القصص الإعلامية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

The Journey of Excellence Begins…
The Core Pro – Journalism & Digital Media Program has officially launched, a program designed to equip youth with the practical skills needed in today’s modern media landscape, enhancing their ability in content creation, digital newsroom management, and audio-visual production.

The training sessions covered the following key topics:

Social media journalism, content adaptation, and understanding modern roles in newsrooms.

Building professional credibility, understanding digital newsroom structures, and managing planning and workflows.

Practical newsroom management, editorial decision-making, and applying quality control mechanisms.

End-to-end audio production for podcasts, from writing and recording to editing and publishing.

Developing podcast concepts and building professional presence, confidence, and effective body language on camera and behind the mic.

The sessions were led by Israa Al-Modallal, a Palestinian journalist and media producer with extensive experience in journalism, TV production, and digital media. She works in news, digital, and TV content production. Holding a BA in Journalism and Media, she possesses deep expertise in presenting, content production, and media storytelling in both Arabic and English.

اختتام فعاليات رحلة التميز..

ضمن فعاليات برنامج (كور برو - إدارة المنتجات | Product Management)، كان للمتدربين موعد مع المعرفة والتطبيق العملي عبر جلسات مكثفة وملهمة.

كان الجلسات برفقة الاستاذ بلال محمد: مدير منتجات يمتلك خبرة تقارب 10 سنوات في تقاطع استراتيجية الأعمال وتطوير المنتجات الرقمية، ساهم بشكل رئيسي في بناء وإطلاق منصة (طبيعي - tabii) العالمية، لتصل إلى أكثر من 12.6 مليون مستخدم في 53 دولة، متخصص في إدارة دورة حياة المنتج بالكامل، وتحقيق الأرباح، وقيادة الفرق التقنية لتحويل الأفكار المعقدة إلى منتجات ناجحة، حاصل على ماجستير في أنظمة معلومات الأعمال من جامعة بوغازيتشي، وشهادة في استراتيجية الأعمال من جامعة هارفارد.

وكانت محاور الجلسات التدريبية:
1- تجربة المستخدم والتصميم (UX): رسم مسارات المستخدم والنماذج المبدئية (Wireframes)، وتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي لتسريعها، مع التركيز على التعاون الفعال مع المصممين.
2- منهجية التطوير (Agile) والتقنية: إدارة المنتج باستخدام أجايل (Scrum/Kanban)، تخطيط الإصدارات، والتعاون مع المهندسين مع فهم الأساسيات التقنية.
3- تحليلات المنتج والمقاييس (Analytics): تحديد المقاييس الأساسية (KPIs و North Star)، تحليل البيانات، وإجراء اختبارات (A/B) لدعم القرارات وتطوير المنتج.
4- استراتيجية الإطلاق (GTM): التخطيط لإطلاق المنتج في السوق، وتنسيق الجهود مع فرق التسويق والمبيعات والدعم الفني.
5- نماذج العمل والتسعير (Monetization): اختيار نماذج الربح المناسبة، بناء استراتيجيات التسعير، وفهم مقاييس الإيرادات (مثل CAC و LTV).
6- النمو وعرض المشروع النهائي: استراتيجيات النمو المستمر، التواصل الفعال مع أصحاب المصلحة، وعرض مشاريع التخرج النهائية (Demo Day).

Conclusion of the Journey of Excellence..

As part of the (Core Pro - Product Management) program, trainees experienced a blend of knowledge and practical application through intensive and inspiring sessions.

The sessions were led by Mr. Bilal Mohammed: A Product Manager with nearly 10 years of experience at the intersection of business strategy and digital product development. He played a pivotal role in building and launching the global platform (tabii), reaching over 12.6 million users across 53 countries. He specializes in full product life cycle management, monetization, and leading technical teams to transform complex ideas into successful products. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from Boğaziçi University and a certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard University.

The training sessions covered the following core pillars:

1. User Experience & Design (UX): Mapping user flows and wireframes, leveraging AI to accelerate the process, and focusing on effective collaboration with designers.
2. Agile Methodology & Tech: Managing products using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), release planning, and collaborating with engineers while understanding technical fundamentals.
3. Product Analytics & Metrics: Defining core metrics (KPIs and North Star), analyzing data, and conducting A/B testing to drive product decisions and development.
4. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Planning market launches and coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and support teams.
5. Monetization & Business Models: Selecting the right revenue models, building pricing strategies, and understanding revenue metrics (such as CAC and LTV).
6. Growth & Final Presentations: Continuous growth strategies, effective stakeholder communication, and showcasing final graduation projects (Demo Day).
