The project management team members of Norm Consulting and CommWithUs recently visited Harare, , for the official kick-off of the "Implementation of the European Union Delegation to Zimbabwe Communication Plan" project.

We had a highly productive start with a fruitful meeting at the Delegation, in which the Head of the Delegation, other EUD officials, and our expert team joined. During the visit, we also met with our experts and held workshop sessions focusing on implementing communication strategies for the EU's priority areas in Zimbabwe.

In addition, we’re excited to announce the establishment of the project office in Harare, marking Zimbabwe as another African country where Norm Consulting will deliver its services and expertise in support of the EU's strategic communication efforts.

We look forward to collaborating closely with local stakeholders to enhance communication and visibility of EU initiatives in Zimbabwe. Stay tuned for more updates!

Norm Consulting is delighted to announce that it has won the project "Provision of Cultural Services for the EU Delegation to Cameroon" as a partner in the consortium led by !

This new project will be the second project we will implement in the country, along with the "EU's Communication and Public Diplomacy in Cameroon" project, which is already successfully carried out together with CommWithUs!

Our project teams will work closely on both and activities in collaboration with the , aiming to promote greater cultural understanding and participation in .

Our communication team in is pleased to support the European Union's "Get the right skills" campaign, which continues to shed light on the future of the younger generation by helping people acquire the right skills for better jobs and better salaries!

The event which took place this month in brought together young people to focus on the skills that will be required in future job markets. The EU Ambassador Peter Michalko welcomed the participants of the final practical seminar on "Jobs of the Future and Future Skills" of the campaign. The seminar also featured the campaign motivators Emin Khalifayev, a green energy expert and award-winning student as well as 10-year-old Mahammad Valili, a young inventor and robotics enthusiast. It was also an opportunity for the winners of Erasmus+ and Swedish Institute Scholarships to share their experiences and exchange views with the Member State Embassies present in Azerbaijan. The influencer Jafar Najafov, who is one of 12 influencers of the with campaign, talked about the importance of skills for future jobs.

H.E. Ambassador Peter Michalko welcomed the guests, alongside the guest of honour, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev. Ambassador Michalko emphasised the strong partnership between the European Union and Azerbaijan, stating, "As Team Europe, we are reliable partners of Azerbaijan, its authorities, civil society and people, working together on our strong partnership for the benefit of everyone."

Konserde, saygın Berlin Filarmoni Orkestrası'ndan kontrabasçı Edicson Ruiz büyüleyici bir performans sergilerken etkinliğin sonunda konuklar, Maestro Ruiz, konuk şef Luis Castro, solist María Isabel Albuja ve Ekvador Ulusal Senfoni Orkestrası'nın olağanüstü performanslarını ayakta alkışladılar. Konser, AB Delegasyonu, Kültür ve Miras Bakanlığı, Ekvador Ulusal Senfoni Orkestrası, Casa de la Música ve Alman Büyükelçiliği arasındaki harika iş birliği sayesinde gerçekleşti.

We're thrilled to support the successful organisation of the "Dancing with Europe" concert, marking the grand opening of the Month in !

The concert showcased a performance by Edicson Ruiz, a double bass player from the renowned Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. The audience responded with a standing ovation at the event's conclusion, acknowledging the exceptional talent of Mr. Ruiz, guest conductor Luis Castro, soloist María Isabel Albuja, and the National Symphony Orchestra of Ecuador. The concert was made possible through the fantastic collaboration between the EU Delegation, the Ministry of Culture and Heritage, the National Symphony Orchestra of Ecuador, the Casa de la Música, and the German Embassy.

We had the privilege of supporting the Delegation of the European Union to and for the celebration of under the theme of and as part of the strategy.

The National Museum of Yaoundé was decorated in the vibrant colours of the , adding a touch of creativity and symbolism to the event. We have created an immersive artistic atmosphere through works created by local contemporary artists.

We are delighted to have contributed to this exceptional celebration, bringing together the Officials, Minister of External Relations, Representative of the Cameroonian Head of State, other members of the government, members of the diplomatic corps, local influencers and members of civil society.
