Meet Dr. Saffet Dursun – Orthodontic Expertise You Can Trust
Dr. Saffet Dursun completed his dental education at Ege University (2005–2011) and later pursued his Ph.D. in Orthodontics at Kırıkkale University (2014–2020).

With a rich academic background, Dr. Dursun began teaching in 2013 at Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University, where he served in the Department of Orthodontics until 2018. He also lectured at the School of Health Services until 2021 and contributed to the Department of Pediatric Dentistry between 2020–2021.

Today, he brings his deep knowledge, academic precision, and gentle approach to Smile Art Clinics — helping patients of all ages achieve balanced, functional, and aesthetic smiles.

Root canal treatment is a method used to restore teeth damaged by caries or trauma. In general, it is a process of removing the veins and nerves of the tooth and replacing them with protective drugs.
 
Root canal treatment may be necessary in the following situations:
* In deep caries that have progressed to the nerve of the tooth.
* In case of inflammation of the tooth pulp for any reason.
* If the tooth loses its vitality or if a deep fracture occurs because of trauma.
 
 
 
Wortelkanaalbehandeling is een methode die wordt gebruikt om tanden die zijn beschadigd door cariës of trauma te herstellen. Over het algemeen is het een proces waarbij de aderen en zenuwen van de tand worden verwijderd en vervangen door beschermende medicijnen.
 
Een wortelkanaalbehandeling kan bij de volgende situaties nodig zijn:
* Bij diepe cariës die zijn gevorderd tot de zenuw van de tand.
* In geval van ontsteking van de tandpulp om welke reden dan ook.
* Als de tand zijn vitaliteit verliest of als er een diepe breuk optreedt als gevolg van een trauma.
