I traveled 13 hours to Istanbul, Turkey alone and spent 4 days exploring this massive ancient city. To awaken alone in a strange town is one of the pleasantest sensations in the world. You are surrounded by adventure. You have no idea of what is in store for you, but you will, if you are wise and know the art of travel, let yourself go on the stream of the unknown. It seemed an advantage to be traveling alone. Our responses to the world are crucially moulded by the company we keep, for we temper our curiosity to fit in with the expectations of others… Being closely observed by a companion can also inhibit our observation of others; then, too, we may become caught up in adjusting ourselves to the companion’s questions and remarks, or feel the need to make ourselves seem more normal than is good for our curiosity, life is a journey. @ Vailantta

Upholding the ties of kinship is a duty because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “and fear Allaah through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of ) the wombs (kinship)…”al-Nisa’ 4:1)
“And give to the kindred his due and to the miskeen (poor)”(al-Isra’ 17:26)
Allaah has warned us against cutting the ties of kinship (interpretation of the meaning):”And those who break the Covenant of Allaah, after its ratification, and sever that which Allaah has commanded to be joined (i.e., they sever the bond of kinship and are not good to their relatives), and work mischief in the land, on them is the curse (i.e., they will be far away from Allaah’s Mercy); And for them is the unhappy (evil) home (i.e., Hell).” (al-Ra’d 13:25)

Someone sent me this video of pac behind the scene of the making of the movie “juice” along with his co-stars as they share their experience working with Pac. Like I said before Tupac was a special man, not because he was a talented entertainer, he was special because he was compassionate towards others. Tupac heard about me and my brothers witnessing the murderers of my parents and told his step brother Kadafi he want to meet me and my brother from the very first day I met Pac it was nothing but love! He told me out of his mouth that he feel my parents asking him to look after me and my brothers and from that very day he kept his word, looking back how everything played out tupac changed the lives for me and my brothers and I will be forever grateful, in my opinion Tupac is one of the greatest humans I have ever met and I’m happy to call him family.

My aunt Toni who is my mom sister just sent me this picture of my grandmother Vita when she was young living in Puerto Rico , I wish I had more pictures of my father mother who raised me and my brothers, after my parents was murdered family members wanted to split us up, my grandmother in this pic wanted to take one of us, my aunt Betty who’s my father oldest sister wanted to take one of us as well but my grandmother who’s my father mother told them “if you can’t take all of them you can’t have none, she didn’t want us to be split up, after my grandmother already raised 11 of her own children she turned around and raised 7 of her grandchildren and not one of us went with out, my grandfather worked everyday while my grandmother stayed home raising 7 bad ass grandchildren, trust me! Anybody else would have given up on us but my grandmother never once gave up on us, I remember as a kid I told my grandmother that I love her so much if I had the choice to choose who I would bring back her or my parents I would choose her that’s how much I loved my grandmother ❤️

Yesterday's plunge brought Facebook's (NASDAQ:FB) valuation to 23x forward earnings - about it's lowest multiple ever, writes Dan Gallagher. Exclude net cash, and that drops to 21x, or a 16% discount to what investors are paying for Google.
Wall Street's sell-side remains bullish, with more than 85% having a Buy rating on the stock (even after a couple of downgrades yesterday).
Maybe not yet priced in though, says Gallagher, is the level of regulatory scrutiny underway, and what the privacy controversies have done to the company's image. Facebook saw its first notable decline in users in the U.S. and Europe last quarter - is it a blip or the start of a sustained downturn?
Shares are up 1.15% premarket after yesterday's 19% decline. My opinion, by the dip and wait. You won’t regret it. Facebook owns social media, via Facebook and Instagram. Snap shot itself in the foot and virtually no young people use Twitter. Everyone is on Instagram, constantly. And FB is getting into the dating app arena. Watch out tinder. Long FB.

The murder of Nia Wilson- may she rest in the power and peace she was denied here- is unspeakable AND MUST NOT be met with silence. She is not a hash tag; she was a black woman and she was murdered in cold blood by a white man.

White people- including me, including you- must take into the marrow of our privileged bones the truth that ALL black people fear for their lives DAILY in America and have done so for GENERATIONS. White people DO NOT have equivalence for this fear of violence.
Given those givens, we must ask our (white)selves- how “decent” are we really? Not in our intent, but in our actions? In our lack of action?

Up early in the morning thinking what should I do today🤷🏾‍♂️ life is beautiful when you have options ain’t it? that’s why I try to live everyday like it’s my last because it just might be, life is crazy like that, everyday we live with the uncertainty but most seems to forget that, we are all chasing the pursuit of happiness which is a never ending journey so if you find happiness enjoy it while it last, I can promise you something will come along in life to disappoint you and you will begin your journey to the pursuit of happiness once again. But it don’t matter to me, if it’s a blessing or lesson Al’ham’duallah! stay on the tip of my tongue, what favor of your lord would you deny?
