These fees are one year long health insurance. It is not possible to prepare less than 12 months for this type of insurance. If you want to get residence permit, you need to get this type of insurance.

Important Announcement by Immigration Office for the Extension/Renewal Applications:

"Postal Application for residence permit Extension/Renewal is ended by 02.05.2019 for all cities (81). All type of applications are going to be considered with an appointment

People who are going to apply for extension/renewal shall show up at their appointment date in person at the related branch of Immıgration Office where their residence located.

Respectfully announced to the public."

After 9th of November 2015, there are 2 more new buildings for appointments in Istanbul, if you are going for your appointment soon, please check where your new appointment building is:

People who have residence address in BEYOĞLU, ŞİŞLİ, BEŞİKTAŞ: Gönenoğlu Sk. No:10 Gayrettepe, BEŞİKTAŞ

People who have residence address in BEYLİKDÜZÜ, BÜYÜKÇEKMECE, ESENYURT: Yakuplu Mh. Hürriyet Mh. No:18 Hükümet Konağı, BEYLİKDÜZÜ.

People who have residence address not mentioned above should go to İstanbul İl Göç İdaresi Müdürlüğü for the appointment.
