Dilek Adalı has been accepted as a member of the European COST Action PACT – Port City Territories in Action: A Collaborative Laboratory for Inclusive Energy Transition! 🎉
This prestigious network explores how port city territories can lead sustainable and inclusive energy transitions, redefining cooperation between ports and cities.
Inspired by pioneering cases such as Le Havre, Livorno, Rotterdam, and Cadiz, PACT promotes new methodological frameworks for collaborative planning and knowledge co-production.
💡 Joining this multidisciplinary initiative marks a significant step toward shaping a more sustainable future for port city territories.

As part of the Horizon Europe Turkey Technical Support Project, we launched group training in Istanbul focused on Cluster 3: Civil Security for Society.

Led by Cluster 3 Thematic Specialist Marina Martinez-Garcia, researchers, SMEs, industry representatives, and public stakeholders gathered in Istanbul for two days of interactive learning and hands-on exercises on Cluster 3: Civil Security for Society.

From understanding the Programme of Work to analyzing evaluation criteria, from drafting conceptual notes to developing presentation strategies, we are delving into a wide range of topics related to Cluster 3.
