5 tips for candidates who are looking for job:
1- Make sure that your cv includes all of your experience - not very detailed but in summary. 1 page cv is perfect – at most 2 page.
2- Be visible in every career portal possible and update your cv once in a week so that employers can guess that you are actively looking for a job.
3- Apply to the jobs that interests you proactively, by sending a cover page including your strengths (again not too long & to-do-point)
4- Sending e-mail to the human resources department of your target companies, including your cv and a short letter indicating your motivation for vacancy you are interested in.
5- Send your cv through mail to the recruitment agencies in your city – if possible meet with the consultants on phone or face to face to make them understand you better for current or future vacancies they might have.

Simple exercise for sunday to have an insight about your life & career. Be in a isolated place, have a comfortable zone and ask yourself these questions:
- What are my values?
- What are my strenghts?
- What do i need in my life today to live in line with my values?
- What can i do to utilize my strenghts into my job to have the best of me?
- Imagine you have a job that makes you wake up very happy and excited. What job that could be? What kind of company you might be working in? What kind of people you are working with? How do you look like at daily office environment?
You will get a deeper understanding of yourself and guidence to define your own path.
