Quick Passport Checklist:
📅 Book your appointment online and bring either the printed/digital appointment email OR walk in with your Reference ID number.

📄 Bring BOTH originals and copies of your birth certificate, passport, and valid photo ID (as required).

🖊️ Have two references and one recommender—your recommender must countersign your application.

📦 Buy an A5 or Foolscap (legal-sized) TTPost TrackPak from any TTPost outlet for delivery.

📝 Fill out a Third Party Authorization Form if someone else will collect your passport.

📑 Print all forms/documents on A5 or Foolscap (legal-sized) paper.

👶 For children’s applications: If one parent can’t attend, a notarized consent letter MUST BE submitted from the absent parent.

Immigration fee is payable on the day of appointment. Please note all fees have been revised.
