Hello all Thai Sai customers. Thursday May 13th 2021 has officially been declared as the date of the public holiday in celebration of the Islamic festival of Eid-ul-Fitr. We celebrate with our Muslim brothers and sisters during this period and will be observing the festival.

As a result, Thai Sai Bill Payment Centre will be closed on Thursday May 13th 2021.

We will reopen on Friday May 14th 2021 at 7 am to serve you, our beloved customers. Thanks for your continued support.

- Greets customers including answering phones and dealing with customer inquiries in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Handles cash transactions between customer and retail store.
- Perform all NLCB Electronic Gaming Machine Operator functions with a valid license or experience.
- Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers.
- Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures.
- Counts money back to customer in an accurate and concise manner.
- Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits.
- Informs customers about products and services available and assesses customer needs.
- Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy.
- Resolve escalated issues with angry customers.
- Train and sometimes supervise new Customer Experience Representatives.
- Assists in the maintenance of store front and retail displays.
- Order, stock and maintain order and accuracy of all products.
- Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
- Count the cash in the drawer at the end of the shift/day ensuring cash equals receipts.
- Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of cash intake or cash drawers.
- Responsibilities, knowledge, skills, abilities and working conditions may change as needs evolve.

We will reopen to serve you on Friday the 12th June 2020 promptly at 7 am to serve you.

A reminder that you have up until 6PM to play all your NLCB games because the machines are suspended at that time to facilitate the restrictions during the COVID-19 situation.
