Turmeric+Ginger+Lemongrass= Cheerful💃🏾Don't we all know that person who is always, always happy? The type of person who just rolls out of bed and greets the day with singing and you're just there trying to marshall your functioning brain cells to start the percolator🥱☕ Yeah we all do!
Cheerful may not make you roll out of bed singing in the morning, but it'll give you an aromatic bath to rival even the cheerfullest😁 person you know. Happy Soaping guys.

Expectation. That word has been a part of my life and has become so real in the past week. Sometimes we all need to refocus the lens. To appreciate a different perspective.

I walked outside and took this pic in my backyard. I was having a grubby morning. Getting the kids dressed for school proved a herculean effort! What between lost shoes, lunchbags that mysteriously unpacked themselves and socks that decided to pull a Houdini 😄 I was ready to implode.

Then I took a walk outside. I looked up into the Mango tree searching for a ripe mango or just any that I could eat and console myself. I did not get any but I made a decision to change my focus and look at the tree.

I saw what I will be getting in a month or two from now. I saw expectation. I saw potential and I saw weeks of Mango eating bliss ahead. I saw the blue sky above. Beautiful sky. Gods word made visible to us and I became expectant.

So I encourage us to take a step forward. The things to be is just as important. Do and be with expectation. When we daily expect the works of God we employ hope. And hope is a very powerful tool.
