“Atman” is a Sanskrit word which could be roughly translated to mean inner self. I chose the name Atman Works, because I believe the journey we are all on – the journey toward peace, health, wholeness and happiness – is a psychological and spiritual journey, whose paths are inextricably linked. These paths invariably turn inward, as we must go through the psyche toward the p

eace within. This is the process where we are called to overcome the challenges in our path– challenges to our health, mental health, our anxieties, depressions, grief, anger, stress, relationship difficulties and whatever else life brings our way. At Atman Works, I consider it an honor and a joy to help people along in whatever small way I can, to discover their best and highest self. The services provided are private individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, yoga training programs, and other specially crafted programs all geared towards healing, transformation and equipping you with the knowledge, skills and tools to live your best life.
