Through discussions with clients, we have been able to find a way, Stage by Stage, how one should introduce a new product on the market.

We were able to fuse Marketing and Change Management together to take customers through the Change Management process when promoting your prized new product to them. We use marketing to take them from Awareness to Reinforcement.
