**WE’RE HIRING: BUREAU MANAGER**

Millennium Finance & Leasing Co. Ltd., known as **The Cambio**, is seeking an experienced **Bureau Manager** to oversee operations across our locations in Trinidad and Tobago.

The successful candidate will coordinate staffing and business continuity, monitor employee performance and service standards, maintain cash, security and reporting controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

**Minimum Requirements:**
• At least five years’ management or operations experience
• Experience managing staff, shifts, rosters or multiple locations
• Strong performance-management and reporting skills
• Experience in financial services, foreign exchange, cash-intensive retail or another regulated environment
• Working knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF requirements and internal controls
• Flexibility to support airport, weekend, public-holiday and after-hours operations
• Willingness to travel within Trinidad and to Tobago
• Valid driver’s permit and reliable vehicle

Positions Available

Bureau Manager – Tobago Operations
Assistant Bureau Manager – Tobago Operations

We are seeking experienced, hands-on leaders to support the opening and ongoing management of our Tobago branch.

Successful candidates will be responsible for daily operations, staffing and rosters, employee supervision, customer service, cash and security controls, reporting, and compliance with Company, CBTT, AML/CFT/CPF and AATT requirements.

Minimum Experience

Bureau Manager:
Minimum 5 years’ management or operations experience, including responsibility for staff, shifts or branch operations.

Assistant Bureau Manager:
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory or operations experience, with the ability to support daily branch management and act for the Bureau Manager when required.

Experience in financial services, foreign exchange, banking, cash-intensive retail, airport operations or another regulated environment would be an asset.

Applicants must be flexible to support rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays and extended operating hours.

A valid driver’s permit and ownership of a reliable vehicle are mandatory.

Applicants residing near A.N.R. Robinson International Airport may have an advantage.

Supervisor Duties

• Review reports, cash balancing and operational issues
Requirements
• Secondary-school diploma or equivalent
• Strong numerical, communication and customer-service skills
• Retail, banking, financial-services or foreign-exchange experience is an asset
• Supervisory experience required for Supervisor applicants

Scheduling
Piarco: 24-hour rotating shifts
Port of Spain: Based on roster and business needs
