However, because of the fragile nature of the balloon products, we will not be held responsible for the condition of such items after they have been handed over in good condition. This includes: damage, leakage, burst, improperly handled, transported, exposure to heat or cool temperatures, exposure to outdo
or elements, sharp edges etc. Please be advised that helium-filled balloons last for approximately 4-5hrs. Helium-filled balloons with a special gel increases the floating time for approximately 3-4hrs longer than usual. You are advised to not purchase balloons the day before, but rather to please purchase the balloons the day of the event to ensure you get the best performance from the helium-filled balloons. BALLOON CARE: Foil balloons are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. In cold air they may appear deflated, warm air should expand them again. Foil balloons may conduct electricity. Do not release helium-filled balloons outdoors or use near overhead power lines, use only non-metallic ribbon and attach the balloon to a weight to keep floating away. WARNING - Keep burst balloon pieces away from the reach of children. It can cause shocking if swallowed. If this happens, contact your medical care provider IMMEDIATELY. Thank you!!�
