NEW STOCK: The Harukaze 9” gyuto. I was blown away by the quality of this gyuto. The craftsmanship level of it well extends beyond the price point of $1500. It features stainless clad super blue steel. This has to be one of the best alloys available for making kitchen knives. It is a hard steel but is easily sharpened while taking a razor sharp edge. The thinness and sharpness out of the box allows it to outperform any of your others guaranteed.
The rosewood handle and hammered finish complete a gorgeous look so you can impress in the kitchen while making easy work of the cooking tasks at hand.
The 6oz weight is extremely light, combined with the rounded handle, this is a very comfortable knife to use.
