Duties/Responsibilities

• Process various payment methods accurately and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
• Maintaining and organizing catalogues to assist with efficient workflow in the company.
• Answering and professional management of all incoming phone calls.
• Point of Sale (POS) System Management Operate and maintain POS system, handle sales transactions efficiently, update product information and prices.
• Inventory support.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized while ensuring nearby shelves and displays are orderly.
• Collaborate with sales teams and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments effectively.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong Numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Inventory knowledge/experience would be an asset.
