It has been a while since i touched base with IG Community. The last couple months have been wild but grateful 🙏🏼

💻 New service launch
📢 Back on the committee for 2 new events coming for carnival 2023
🎬 preparing for event. Christmas is coming fast.

And of course the continuous pace of personal family life..but i am here still grinding and as we are on the home stretch of 2022, lots of strategic planning for 2023.

Special Delivery

On July 4 2021, the team at hosted a virtual Anniversary celebration . In the planning stages we were thinking about how are we to make the team feel extra special and hyped for reaching such a awesome milestone of 10years.

We decided on hosting a virtual event packed with entertainment, awards, giveaways, motivational speakers and more. To top it off, the team said "Lets do a special delivery"!

On the morning of the event, the team organised for a specially marked token box filled with lots of goodies, to be delivered to each member of the company. To add to the suspense the tokens were marked with "WE OPEN
TOGETHER at 3PM. 😬

I believe these are the exciting thrills that make an employee feel appreciated and motivated to continue creating a positive, energised and dynamic company culture.

Proud Moment

Today marks the 10th Anniversary of Media InSite Caribbean services of which they pioneered a vision of providing the world's Ultimate Media 360 Experience for their clients and expanding throughout the Caribbean region.

Being part of this team for the past (3) months, has been an amazing experience bringing the evolution together as we continue this journey into another incredible milestone.

I have only just touched the surface of being with this passionate and innovative team, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank CEO, Allison Demas for trusting in my service to the organisation.
Definitely looking forward to an exciting journey with the team.

This assures them that your company is responding, and they can continue conducting business with you.

Sharing a few tips on how to keep the engagement flowing:

➡️ Communicate your response to customers. Create a list of all potential channels available to you. It’s important to maintain consistency across channels (and you don’t want to miss one). This tells customers you are taking the necessary steps to maintain safety measures.
