- A Work Agreement must be signed prior to any work beginning.

-A 50% deposit may be required before work can begin.

- All invoices are payable upon receipt, unless otherwise negotiated ahead of time.

- Clients will be billed for all incidental expenses such as postage, courier or freight charges, stationery and printing.

- Rush projects, holiday services or weekend services may incur a surcharge.

- Payment can be made via online bank transfer

If payment is not received by the due date, a 2.5% late charge will be calculated monthly.
