Position: Import/Export Agent
📍 Location: Kingston, Jamaica

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate the import and export process from start to finish.
✔ Ensure timely customs clearance for air and sea shipments.
✔ Prepare export bookings and shipping documentation.
✔ Process Customs declarations using ASYCUDA.
✔ Monitor warehouse operations and export container loading.
✔ Prepare quotations, reports, and operational records.
✔ Coordinate site visits and export packaging activities.
✔ 3 years and more experience preparing IM4 Customs Declaration
✔ Sound understanding of tariff classification, customs valuation principles and the Harmonized System (HS) Codes.

Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Certification in Freight Forwarding, Customs Procedures, Logistics, or a related discipline.
✔ Diploma or Degree in Customs Processes is an asset.
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or a related field.
