Self-doubt is a normal and healthy part of human experience. It's not a sign that you're not good enough or you don't belong in leadership. It's just a hurdle that you need to overcome.

So, how can we overcome self-doubt and step into our leadership potential?

Here are a few proven strategies we recommend:

• Identify Your Triggers: Recognise the situations, thoughts, or people that trigger your self-doubt. Once you understand your triggers, you can develop strategies to manage them effectively.
• Challenge your negative thoughts: Consider whether a negative thought you are having about yourself is actually true. Is there evidence to support it? Or is it just a fear or insecurity that's holding you back?
• Focus on your strengths: Make a list of your strengths and accomplishments. Remind yourself of all the reasons why you're qualified to be a leader.
• Take action: The best way to overcome self-doubt is to take action and face your fears. Go outside of your comfort zone and take on new tasks.
