Good night everyone my name is Camille Chance. I am the owner of Camitech Outlet For the past few day my business have been on social media not for positive reviews but for 1 dishonest customer slandering my reputation and business integrity . Here are some facts.
February 2nd 2024 was my first encounter the Darren Chance from Terminal Tech Resource Ltd in which he purchase watches. There was no problems he received the watches that he choose there was no scam or fraud.
April 13 2024 he returned and purchase a laptop and sleeve. He recieved both items. The laptop had more ram and in new condition in comparison to the one he choose initially. No fraud or scam
Third order was a 5 ton hoist that was purchase on behalf of Persad the food king in Princes Town on June 10th 2024
Darren Charles did not have all the money the purchase said hoist, out of my passion to help my customers I decided to lend Darren Charles the balance of 4095TTD to purchase hoist in which he agreed to payback in full.
The hoist came I cleared through Customs Trinidad on 14th November 2024
where the hoist was delivered to Persad the food king that said night.
I have been in regular contact with Darren Charles since then where I have been asking about when the outstanding balances would be paid and only recieved excuses and empty promises.
On 19th May 2025 I purchase again another hoist for Darren Charles my foolish decision. Where there was another outstanding balance of 850ttd after ordering this 7.5 ton hoist. I spoke to Darren Charles informing him I need to get previously outstanding balance plus the 850 Again I was met with empty promises.
The hoist arrived in trinidad on 8th September 2025 and is current at the Port of Spain Port awaiting to be cleared.
Instead of Darren Charles paying all outstanding balance and paying to clear this hoist he has went out of his way to used by name without my authorization to gain paperwork to clear package for himself. He has slander me, made idle threats, leak my home address and try to publicly discredit my business. There are many thing as a business owner I'm willing to accept, customer are free to give the Honest review of my business but to spead lies and misinformation I will not accept. I have never stole, mislead or scammed any customer of their hard earn money. I order exactly what a customer want at the best price I can get it for and they receive the item/s they pay for. If I can source item/s cheaper I will advice my customers and the final decision is there's. I created Camitech Outlet to assist individuals with purchasing item/s online in a safe and reliable space because I too before my business was scammed of my money by a sky box where up to this day I never received the items. I didnt want anyone else to have that experience.
Darren Charles of Terminal Tech Resources I hold no ill will toward you. I hope to learn from this experience and pay ALL your bills and be honest with social media and your peers. From this day I Camille Chance from Camitech Outlet wants nothing to do you and your establishment Terminal Tech Resources.
