Own or starting a business? Let’s make it official! 🎉
Registering your business doesn’t have to be overwhelming—here are answers to 3 common FAQs to get you started:
1️⃣ Should I register as a Sole Trader, Partnership, or LLC?
- Sole Trader: Great for one-person businesses. It’s affordable and simple to register, but you’ll be personally responsible for any debts or losses. (If the business owes money you’ll be responsible to pay.)
- Partnership: Works for 2 or more people sharing the business. You’ll all share the profits, responsibilities, and debts or risks.
- LLC (Limited Liability Company): Protects your personal belongings like your car or house if the business runs into trouble. It’s more formal and suitable for growing businesses but involves more paperwork and higher costs.
