We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Computer/Network Technician Trainee to join our IT team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and network maintenance. The ideal candidate will assist senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
• Support network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (routers, switches, cabling).
• Help monitor system performance and security measures.
• Provide basic technical support to users for hardware and software issues.
• Document technical procedures and create reports on IT issues.
• Learn and apply IT best practices, security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining servers and cloud-based systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Some knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with troubleshooting tools and software.
• Working towards CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
• Interest in learning about network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
