"The International Solar Alliance (ISA) is a coalition of solar resource-rich countries located between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn aimed at increasing the utilization and diffusion and use of solar energy and applications in member countries."

The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically reduced the demand for electricity around the globe... on the plus side, it allowed Sweden to produce 100% Clean Energy (making their target 2 years in advance).

International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) found that "1,200 gigawatts of the world’s existing coal capacity could cost more to run than the cost of new utility-scale solar plants"

Furthermore, commercial solar projects fell 13% last year to a global average of 6.8 US cents per kilowatt hour.

It was confirmed that in one day, breathing in air in India, New Delhi, is equivalent to smoking 33.2 ci******es a day!

The World Health Organisation notes that this pollution problem needs to be dealt with in a systematic manner. But it's not just India...
