Having a lime and don’t know what to make?
Cheese or tuna puffs made with Country Pride Flour always work 😌

Puffs (makes approximately 20 – 25 puffs)
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Milk
½ Cup / 114g Margarine or Butter
¼ tsp Salt
1 ¼ Cup Country Pride All Purpose Flour (sifted)
4 Eggs

Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 425OF.

2. In a medium saucepan add water, milk and butter. Heat over medium until butter is completely melted and the mixture comes to a rolling boil.

3. Turn the heat on low, add all the flour at once and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes together into a dough ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan. Continue cooking until a thin film coats the bottom of the pot.

4. Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and allow it to cool, the dough should be warm, not hot.

5. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add them one at a time to the dough mixing vigorously after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy. The dough should be thick, slowly running off a spoon in a “V” shape.

6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease the baking sheet. Pipe or spoon the dough into 1.5–2-inch mounds, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

7. Bake puffs at 425OF for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature and continue baking for another 25 minutes.

8. Allow to cool and serve with your desired filling!
