Hello guys. After two months we have successfully completed the first phase of the Allison Park project. After lots of rain and unexpected soil conditions which caused us to alter the foundation 's design at the last minute we have completed this arduous phase only one week behind schedule. Hey there

This will be the location of our latest project. I have chosen this project to show the vast contrast between works done on virgin soil as opposed to the renovation done at Mary Street. This project will be know as the Allison Park Project. It's a two bedroom flat and would be managed by KJP Drakes and Associates Ltd. from start to end. We hope to also show you Guys a two storey building done in the same manner in the near future.

Hey Guys

I know once again I have been missing in action but as you all must know the hustle is real.
Also, things have been slow on the project for a while now, molasses kinda slow........The client's ambition seems to have extended a tad beyond their means. However here are some pictures of what exists currently.

Works are expected to resume shortly.

Hello All

Sorry I did not update you guys for a while I had a tough few days, really hard.

As you guys can see in the pictures we have added the patio and are plastering or rendering the walls now. We hope to be finished soon so as to embark on our new project.
