因應高齡化社會，營建署3月中開辦2017年5樓住宅增設電梯與無障礙設施改善補助計劃，這是第二年進行，預計補助新北、嘉南、高屏等8縣市，經費1079萬。電梯改建每件補助最高116萬、坡道等無障礙每件補助26萬，可合併申請。國內65歲以上老人有290萬人、領有殘障手冊的身障人也有115萬人，讓但全國住宅卻有一半以上屬於5樓以下沒有電梯老式建築，讓他們出入相當不便。營建署因此從去年起即開辦「住宅無障礙設施(增設電梯)補助計畫」…
