羅馬洗浴文化3-羅馬人把國家洗沒了

雖然浴場的初衷是讓大家洗澡，但漸漸也淪為羅馬國王收買人心的工具，好讓自己坐穩皇帝的位置，不只票價便宜，也開放妓女使用，不到一百年的時間，浴場變成了風月場所，原本牆上的壁畫和裝飾變成了十八禁主題的藝術，拋下工作，人們徹底的沉淪在這裡，讓羅馬開始腐敗。

因為浴場的亂性嬰兒數量增多，但沒有人願意養，就發生大規模弒嬰事件，將嬰兒塞進陶罐，隨地丟在街上，讓其等死，甚至考古出妓院下水道裡數百具嬰兒屍體，那時的羅馬勞動力減少、軍事變弱、大量新生兒死亡，就這樣一步步走向羅馬的盡頭。

最後基督教將羅馬浴場內的裸體雕塑都破壞了，不然就是扔進海裡，把浴場改造成教會、水道橋也毀了，羅馬跟著這時期的洗浴文化一起結束了。

斯芬克斯之謎(Riddle of sphinx)
擁有女人的頭、獅子的身體、蛇的尾巴、老鷹的翅膀
那會守護底比斯的城門，任何想要進門的旅人都要解答出他的謎語
謎語是「早晨四條腿，中午兩條腿，晚上三條腿」答案為人，如果回答不出來，就會被吃掉，可是這個問題卻被俄狄浦斯給回答出來了，斯芬克斯感到羞愧，跳崖自殺。現在「斯芬克斯之謎」拿來比喻是複雜、神秘的問題。
