Job function:
- Offshore Assembly Team Leader
->Mass production sustainability & problem solving
->Assembly yield analysis
->Yield Improvement Programs / CIP’s definition and ex*****on
->New process and material evaluation and implementation to increase yields and reduce costs
->Coordinate Quarterly Technical Reviews with key subcontractors to review overall performance and identify areas for improvement
->Direct guidance of all Assembly Engineers related to offshore activities
->Project coordination and ex*****on
->Seamless production ramp for all new products
- Ensure a true team approach to problem solving for Assembly related issues
- Guarantee the assembly operation and the meet the quality goals
- Provide Assembly Director with rigorous and punctual reporting and ensure good communication with all assembly subcontractors
->Project time line weekly updates
->Assembly activity weekly updates via weekly reporting
->Monthly assembly yield updates
- Ensure good spirit / communication within the offshore team

Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years IC Package Assembly experience
- 3-5 years in a role of team leader or supervisor
- In depth knowledge of all IC Package Assembly Equipment, Materials and Processes
- Higher education diploma or equivalent in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent written and spoken English skills and interpersonal skills
- Mandarin spoken skills is highly preferred
- Ability to organise and delegate activities

customer applications and requirements, and administration.
- A knowledge of Semiconductor/ Flat Panel display/ Solar products and related process engineering
issues
- Evidence of an analytical approach using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of managing and motivating teams to achieve improvement goals with multi-disciplined
teams.
- An intermediate of higher knowledge and use of Microsoft Office will be required, AutoCad / SAP
or any ERP knowledge will be advantage.
- A good understanding of the required Health & Safety practices and procedures.

- Experience in a precision mechanical and electrical environment

data is required.
