What Is A True 24K Crossback Golden?

The Arowana Industry is flooded with many 24K Crossback Golden. How can that be possible when this 24k label is for use on a specific golden Arowana bloodline that is almost close to extinction?

As early as 12 years ago, the name "24k Gold" was used to replace "Pahang Gold" as it was more appropriate and accurate in defining the quality of the scale colorisation of that particular bloodline. During that period, those older farms which managed to keep some of this wild 24K Gold were able to supply this 24K Gold. But gradually, this pure bloodline was almost lost as most farms do not know or practise Aro bloodline control system.

This 24K label became v popular and proved to be a money making label. It was an attractive and powerful label. It make Aro-selling easier and with higher profit margin. Many unethical farms started to loosely print '24k' on their warranty certificates without responsibility to the hobbyist. At the same time, many hobbyist has bought it without doing any research. Worse, demanded CHEAP 24K gold.

The above-mentioned negative development was mainly due to the lack of Arowana knowledge in most breeders n hobbyist and the unethical pursue of business' bottomline.

Below is a picture of an authentic 24k Gold which bloodline is close to extinction.
