Continuing from the previous site visit, the Tzu Hsin team introduced the construction process and professional techniques of hardened flooring engineering to faculty and students of the Architecture Department at National Pingtung Industrial High School.

From substrate assessment, construction methods, material properties to quality management, the team explained each key construction point and shared years of accumulated practical experience.

Through on-site observation and interactive exchanges, students gained a deeper understanding of the significant value of hardened flooring in improving floor strength, wear resistance, compressive strength, and extending service life.

The Tzu Hsin team is honored to serve as a bridge between the university and industry, giving young students the opportunity to visit real construction sites and understand the professionalism and responsibility involved in engineering. Recently, faculty and students from the Architecture Department of National Pingtung Industrial High School visited the construction site of the Tzu Chi team. Through this on-site visit, they gained a close-up understanding of the actual working environment of construction projects.

Theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom can only be truly appreciated by experiencing it firsthand. During this visit, students witnessed firsthand how construction teams manage projects and conduct on-site operations, gaining a more concrete understanding of the operational models of the construction industry.

For students about to enter the field of architecture, this was not just a visit, but also a rare practical lesson.
